Background-checked Cornelius technicians · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing is a NC-licensed Wet Basement Repair company that treats every Cornelius job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Cornelius technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Cornelius homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Cornelius technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Cornelius crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Cornelius homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Cornelius crews see.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Cornelius schedule.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Cornelius property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Cornelius emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
