Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Cornelius property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Cornelius area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every Cornelius technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Cornelius crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Cornelius calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Cornelius foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Cornelius basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
